I have tried and tried to get far in my healthy and fit life but I always seem to give up. It's time to not give up so I won't have to start over, AGAIN.

This is what I did for todays work out.
For warm up I jumped rope for 5 to 8 minutes instead of going to jog or anything other. Then took a 30 second break in between each work out. For starting it was a good work out and honestly it was super hard getting up and actually doing it, but in the end I feel so great and tomorrow I’ll do my Tuesday work out.
